Slightly unusual to offer a review of a full bolster pillow, but if like me, you sleep on your side or stomach, then this is a cheap-as-chips option which should make you more comfortable.   It isn’t nearly as huggable, soft and comfortable as the Kally body pillow  which we rave about, but if you need something cheap this is a reasonable purchase.

It’s not very well known but if you are a side sleeper, having a pillow between your knees is highly recommended by health professionals and actually remarkably comfortable. It stops your hips rotating and keeps your spine effortlessly straight and without pressure.

I can’t personally offer you my own opinion on this but for the ladies, my wife swears that a bolster is crucial from 6 months on to support her bump and lessen the discomfort in her hips.

If you’re pregnant and can afford to splash a little more cash though, you might want to look at the our review of the Dreamgenii pillow – gives support on both sides and lets the lady roll over without having to move the pillow each time during the night.  Or the Kally pillow –  which is much softer, cooler and more comfortable body pillow for people in general.  It may just be worth the investment to get a few more winks of sleep.

That said, this Amazon pillow is the cheapest option we’ve found to deliver a comfortable night’s sleep for side sleepers or tummy sleepers – male or female.
