Boston Duvet & Pillow Co. Outlet offers pillows and duvets up to 75% off RRP. They are able to do this by selling end of lines or excess factory stock previously supplied to high street retailers.  Their Essentials hollowfibre pillow pair are particularly great value.

Filled with a polyester filling and covered with a soft microfibre cover, they are certainly at the budget end of the pillows we have tried but for less than a tenner for 2, I was pretty impressed.  The cover felt soft and thicker than other ‘bargain’ pillows and it is a lovely pure white (not the ‘off white’ colour many cheaper pillows have).  They could do with a bit more filling to plump the pillow out right to the corners but they do provide a reasonable amount of support.

I’ve slept on them without issue for the past few nights now and have no complaints.  They are soft with good bounce and are washable, although I haven’t yet had a chance to try washing them, so it will be interesting to see how well they hold up after a spin and dry.

I would recommend adding this to the ‘off to uni’ shopping list, as at £9.99 for a pair they are a bargain!
